After nearly a decade working at branding, marketing and web development firms serving large global e-commerce brands and household names, I decided to merge my expertise and experience with my passion for supporting creative female-led businesses. And thus, Gush & Grow, a social influencer marketing agency, was born.
Day-to-day, I work closely with brands and influencers to cast talent for campaigns, negotiate rates, help talent complete all the campaign requirements, manage timeline and deliverables, collect a full report at the end of a campaign, and more.
